complaining neighbor has a hedge Fit. to 1.0 ft. high which
needs trimming under the code.
3. Awnings were taken down in order to do the job of painting
house and flwnings correctly.

1. We patched and painted exterior of house.
2. We blocked up 3 old Air Conditioner holes.
3. We patched, replastered and painted interior of house.
4. We adjusted all windows to make them operable.
We caulked to stop leaks that had caused plaster on inside
to crumble.
5. We installed Air Conditioning and ductwork.
6. We refinished cabinets in kitchen and woodwork through out house.
7. We ran a new water supply pipe from meter to house.
F. We re -built garage doors on garage and painted building.
9. Painted aluminum coating on roof.
All work should be completed before middle of March.
