Several other homes of the Mission style are in the immediate vicinity. A masonry wall extending E from the front projecting mass creates a courtyard in front of the entry door. The entry door, surrounded by oolitic limestone voussoirs, is flanked by two narrow vertical windows. The 2nd -story front (N) facade has a pair of steel casementwindows with masonry clamshell transoms and a wrought iron balconette. E roof eave has exposed rafters. Site is higher than street level.
