Mr. Cortes stated that he was trying to Improve the overall appearance of the property and Increase the property value also. After a discussion, Mr. Smith moved to approve the plans as sub- mitted with the deletion of the alteration to the front of the house. Mr. Walters seconded the motion and it passed unanimous- ly 3.
