Dear Mr. McCall:
I am writing this letter to you at the request of Mr. and Mrs.
Charles L. Thorndike. Mr. and Mrs. Thorndike own the property
at 1000 N. E. 91st Terrace. This property is described as Lot
1 and the W35 feet of Lot 2 in Block 2 of Watersedge, Plat Book
9 at page 141.
This office represents the prospective purchasers of the described
property. In examining a survey of this property we discovered
that the east wall of the residence constructed on this property
is 9.4 feet from the east property line. I was advised by your
Building Department that this setback should be ten feet. Appar-
ently there is an ordinance violation.
Mrs. Thorndike advised us that your office could clear this matter
up. Therefore, this letter is being written to you. Any assist-
ance that you can give in this regard will be most sincerely
appreciated by all concerned.
