We hereby submit specifications and estimates for:
New installation central air conditioning package unit 5 tons, with electric heater, use of
crane for lift unit, fabrication and installation main duct piece of connect curb to down -
only, not duct work inside the store will be made, Installation of new package unit air
conditioning will be in existing curb actually in the building, secured package unit for
winds how required in mechanical code, connection of drain line discharge water --
condensation from unit to existing main drain on building, install new thermostat standard,
and install float switch in drain pan of unit to protect water leak with interrupt 24 volts. Put
new exhaust fan bathroom to be connected to existing wall cap in the building.
Note:
We are not included electrical work required to be connected the central air conditioning -
and line to be connected the thermostat to be done by electrician
In the event Owner or General Contractor shall fail to pay any periodic installment payment
due hereunder, Air Conditioning company may cease work without breach pending payment
or the resolution of any dispute.
If payments is not made when due Air Conditioning company may suspend work in the job —
until such time as all payments due have been made. A failure to make payment for period in
excess of 10 days from due date of the payment shall be deemed material breach of this
Contract.
Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications, involving additional materials
and/or labor costs, will be executed only with approval of Owner, Artchitect or General
Contractor with written orders, and if there any charge for such alteration or deviation
additional charge will be added to the price of this proposal.
Air Conditioning company shall not be liable for any delay due to circumstances beyond its
control including strikes, casualty or general unavailability of materials or equipments
Contract Price:
The owner or General Contractor shall pay to Air Conditioning company for the equipments,
materials and labor to be performed under this contract for the sum of $ 5 350.00 subject
to additions and deductions pursuant to authorized change order.
Term of Payments:
1st initial payment in time of signing this proposal for the sum of $ 4 450.00
Cover permit, begin job ducts, install unit , use of crane
2� final payment on time of completion of the job for the sum of $ 900.00
All materials are guaranteed to be as specified All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner —
according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra
costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge and above estimate.
All agreements contingent upon strikes, accident or delays beyond our control. This proposal subject
to acceptance within 30 and it is void thereafter at the option of the undersigned
