He shall also do a sheathing and bracing required for the installation of Ms work. All excavations are to be so conducted that no wails or footings shall be distrubsd or injured in any way. All backfil ing shall be thoroughly tamped and settled and shall be sand. Remove from the premises, as directed, all excavated earth not needed. 209. All water closet Fitttnge, floor drains, trap, screws, etc., must be set with utmost care, using a spirit level to line up same. They must be set to suit the grade of the floor and this Contractor must have a staan present when the floors re laid to give complete instructions to the General Contractor's - foreman so that the Plumbing Contractor's work may be properly installed. The low voltage control wiring outside of the boiler room or boiler area may be approved metal sheathed wire without conduit, Free Service and Warranty The burner contractor shall provide free service and adjustment on the installation for a period of one year following its completion and shall repair or replace without charge, any original parts that may prove defective in material or workmanship within a period of one year after completion of the installation. The installation shall be made by an authorized burner contractor with an established service organization experienced in handling equipment of this size and type 162, WATER HEATER STORAGE TANK Furnish and install where shown at the drawings a steam coil storage tank heater combination. The heater shall be a Bell and Gossett #TCS -866 steam tank heater with a capacity of 2100 gallons per hour with 10 lbs. steam and raising the water temperature from 40 degrees Fe to 140 degrees F. The heater shall be installed in an Adamson #K -216 storage tank which shall have a diameter of 50" and shall be 18'0" long. The tank shall have a 2440 gallon capacity and shall be lined with Phenolic Epoxy, The tank shall be ASME stamped for 125 lbe working pressure. CONDENSATE PUMPS Furnish and install all condensate pumps as shown on the drawings. The units shall be as manufactured by Diana Bush, types "CHVD" or "CRD" as shown. The ducts shall be completely covered with concrete on the top ,and sides and shall be installed as per Johns-Manville's recommendations. 168. PAINTING Paint all boilers, breeching°, heater tank, an exposed pipe and duct work (insulated or uninsulated) and all other equipment with two coats of eggshell enamel of the color selected by the Architects. Entire boiler and supports and all equipment supports shall be painted.
