Project Scope
Hill York is pleased to present this proposal for the following scope of work: Disconnect, remove, dispose of
existing McQuay Chiller for the Powers Bldg. Install a new Trane Air - Cooled RTAC -170 ( 170-Tons ) this
Chiller is equip with Helical Rotary ( Screw Compressors ). All necessary piping, insulating of new piping,
all electrical work will be included in this proposal, start-up Chiller check operation. This price will include:
All material, labor, crane service and applicable sales tax. Any questions please call. Thank You.
Warranty: Manufactures limited (1) year on parts, (5 ) year on compressors. Hill York Service Corporation
(1) year on all labor inclusive of this contract, and does not apply to any other Part(s) of the system(s).
Note: This proposal includes a field applied Condenser Coil Coating Protection.
Note: All work to be performed during normal business hours, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
NOTE: Any building code upgrades that may be required are excluded.
Where the price of material, equipment, or energy increases significantly during the term of the contract through no fault of the contractor, the contract sum shall be equitably
adjusted by change order. A significant price increase means a change in price from the BID date to the date of performance by an amount exceeding S% percent. Such price
increases shall be documented by vendor quotes, invoices, catalogs, receipts or other documents of commercial use.°
Where the delivery of materials, including but not limited to Heat pumps, Cooling towers, Pipe, Valves, Fittings, Ductwork, Fans Air Distribution, Louvers, Pumps, Miscellaneous
Steel for Supports or brackets, or any other item made out of Steel, is delayed through no fault of the contractor, the owner shall not hold the contractor liable for costs associated with
such delay.°
