On April 3, 2003 our survey crew measured and verified the following items at
the Student Union Building under construction at Barry University, Miami
Avenue, Miami Shores, Florida.
(1) That the 2 Floor Elevation is 25.25 feet, National Geodetic Vertical
Datum, 1929, (N.G.V.D.).
(2) That the easterly wall of the Student Union Building under construction is
located 47.78 feet west of the west Right -of -Way line for Miami Avenue.
The Miami Avenue Right -of -Way line is located 40.00 feet west of the
centerline of Miami Avenue.
I hereby certify that the above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and
belief as recently surveyed under my direction.
