Permit # FW-09-23-2411 Attn: Building Official, pe-d,-a3-ILP An inspection was done of the 6' Dura Fence foundation located at this property and these are my findings: Dura Fence/Aluminum Fence • (082) Foundation: The 6' high Dura Fence foundation was observed to have 2 '/2"x2 Yz"xl6 ga. post set in 19"x36" deep holes spaced @ 4'-0" oc thru out the fence construction. The methodology used was to visually inspect the holes prior to the pouring of the concrete. • (001) Final: The work was verified to be done to code and approved set of plans for the Dura Fence foundation.
