authorize the Village Manager or designee to negotiate and execute an agreement with
Kemper Sports Management, LLC for the management of the Miami Shores Country
Club. In the event negotiations with Kemper Sports Management, LLC are unsuccessful,
the Village Manager is authorized to negotiate, in ranked order, with Hampton Golf, Inc.,
Troon Golf, LLC, and Eagle Admin., Inc., and to take such actions as are necessary to
implement the intent of this Resolution necessary to implement the purpose of this
Resolution.
Section 3. Implementation. The Village Manager is hereby authorized to
negotiate and execute an agreement on behalf of the Village subject to approval as to
form and legal sufficiency by the Village Attorney.
Section 4. Effective Date. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon the adoption hereof.
