According to the permit drawings, the concrete foundations will be set on soil with a
bearing capacity of 2,000 psf.
I certify after visual inspection that the soil in the front of the property is similar to the
rear. Both are a mixture of brown medium sand with some rocks and tan medium
beach sand with shells.
