This project started back in Nov of 2020 and has take a very long time to complete due to issues stemming from the Covid pandemic. I have been affected by supply chain issues along with shortage of labor with providers I have contracted for things like closets and kitchen cabinets. This job is almost complete and only a few items remain, like countertop, shower doors, closets, and plumbing hookup for kitchen faucet, along with appliance installation. I am currently renting an apartment, and this is costing a lot of money to rent and do the remodeling of my house. It would help me financially and help me to be in my house so I can oversee the minor but important details of the house. The time requested is one month. We hereby hold harmless and release Miami Shores Village Building Department and Miami — Dade Fire Department from any liability that may arise during the use of designated areas in the aforementioned facility while under the limitation of the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy. We hereby certify that all means of egress shall be kept clear and accessible and that all like safety systems will be maintained and operable at all times while the building is being occupied.
