V1114:1191:V1w; For this repair all loose concrete must be removed ,the rebar cleaned with wire brush and rust remover, then apply Sika Armatec 1C on the cleaned rebar in accordance with attached manufacturers specifications. Apply concrete bonding then apply stucco with with epoxy additive to complete repair. EXTERIOR SIDE For this repair all loose stucco ( min 6" on each side of crack/ tiebeam location) must be removed. Using an abrasive cutting disc, cut a 3/8" v shaped groove along the lines of the crack, clean and apply bonding and fill with Sika Pro Select Crack Fix Structural Epoxy, in accordance with manufacturer's specs Then apply stucco to match for complete repair.
