Dear Applicant:

The following items need to be address:
1.Notary needs to write the owner’s full name on the Notary section
of the new application.
2.Submit the required Contractor licenses and Insurance:
-Liability Insurance – need to add the Contractor’s License # on the
Description of Operations section of the COI
-Since the contractor has a Worker’s Comp Exemption, we require
the following documents:
-Notice to Owner – page 2 of attachment
-Contractor’s Affidavit – page 3 of attachment

PERMIT DETAILED REPORT (BPP-03-22-664)
This permit was applied for in March of 2022, I am wondering why
corrections from May of 2022 are only being addressed now in
November of 2024 – can you explain?
I am just concerned that since the building code changed back in
January, the whole permit may have to be reviewed again.

Hi Rachel, Ismael said you are going to have to apply for a new pool
permit and the plans will need to reflect the 2023 Florida Building Code.

Hi Rachel, The only fee that has been paid was a non-refundable
application fee of $200.00. The reason for the reapplication is that you
waited too long to make corrections and as you know the building code
changed January of 2024 so we will need a new permit and plans
reflecting the code change.
