Meeting called to order at 2:34 pm

B. Griffith — We are only going to discuss Clubhouse issues and create a list of needs and wants for the
Clubhouse to potentially present to the architect
Public Comments:
Councilman Charles — We are coming to the end of the RFQ and then the next step would be
to meet with the architects that have responded to the RFQ, it will be nice to get a
professionals' point of view on the clubhouse
D. McIntosh — Are we going to keep the Clubhouse historic or not? What is the max grant you can get if
the building is kept historic.
Councilman Charles -
One million is the max grant you can get for a designated historic building
We can keep the fagade of the building
Environmentally how efficient should the building be
Should not keep the historic aspect as a caveat
Will talk to the professionals
® Want to know what you think, keep in mind the building has to last for 60 years

® I am passionate about this upcoming project
® We need to stay on a tight deadline

B. Griffith — The teaching pros should have an indoor facility with simulators etc.
