R. Strickland — Handed out the new layout of the course that was sent by John Sanford —
the difference in the layout reflects which trees would have to be removed
T. Septembre — According to the tree removal code when a tree is removed it needs to be replaced with
a new one
B. Griffith —
® Please review the draft report and give recommendations
0 #7 tee would be on the east side of the canal and would be a par 4
i There is a contingency plan in place
® South Florida Water Management needs a pump house to straddle the dam on 107t" Street
• The Recreation center wants the tennis courts
S. Maroon — Should present the plan as is
S. Soriero — Number 8 looks like it is very close to the train tracks
B. Griffith —
® It's in the easement
• #16 tee moved to the outside of the easement
K. King —
• The sand trap that is on the driving range, is it for aesthetics?
• Should not spend money on that
B. Griffith —
® 1 think so but we can confirm with John Sanford on that
® The greens are bigger than they are now
K. King and S. Soriero Would like #18 to finishinfront-of-clubhouse -- --(
B. Griffith —
• Should flip the 9's
• #1 would be in the same place
0 #18 would end in front of the clubhouse
S. Soriero • • like this layoutbetter
K. King — What about the tennis courts?
B. Griffith — Hand them over to the recreation center
S. Soriero — Does not feel like tennis is part of the club
M. Mennes — Should leave tennis alone, the members would not want to play at the recreation center
and vice versa
D. McIntosh — Duplicity with the tennis courts, should have more conversation with parks and recreation
T. Septembre — Losing part of the ballroom
B. Griffith —
• The part of the ballroom we lose would be the Pro —Shop
• If the outside terrace is built, we may lose some of the view of the bar
T. Septembre — Need shades on the west side
K. King — Make the bar area on a curve
S. Soriero — It would be nicer if the pro -shop had its own building
B. Griffith — Next Friday at noon a zoom meeting is scheduled with Sanford / Ferris and REG and the
N.G.F.
D. McIntosh — Suggests we sit down and talk to REG
M. Mennes — Discussion and walk through with R.E.G.

• Can the outdoor deck curve to the North?
• Can we extend the deck on the side?
• What are the options for the terrace out back?
• Where would the offices be located?
• What is the remedy for the flooding in the current Pro -Shop and Men's Locker room?
