To the Building Department,
This letter is to inform the Miami Shores Building Department that the owner Ms. Precieuse Dulcio of
10716 NW 2- Avenue, Miami Shores, FL 33168 is no longer making renovations to her home and to
move forward with canceling Permit #RC21-2027. Due to the reason being that Ms. Dulcio doesn't no
longer want to complete any renovations at this time. As of November 23, 2021 no work has been
performed at the property that's stated at the beginning of this letter. Thank you, in advance.
