Observed Deficiencies and Recommendations 1.-Stucco over CMU \\alls: The existing stucco over CMU walls appear to be in good condition with no significant issues observed during this inspection.Some areas were previously repaired. 2.-Roof: The roof has been repaired previousK’and appears to be in good condition.No signs of water leakage or structural issues were observed during the inspection. Conclusion The repairs performed in the facility,including the stucco over CMU walls,roof,and soBits.replacement ol windows and doors,etc.appear to be in good condition after conducted repairs.Items noted as deficiencies in our prior reports have been addressed.
