Record of Field Observations:
As requested and directed by the contractor's project superintendent, a (UES) field representative was on site to provide
professional observations services:
1. Visual verification of the reinforcing steel placement for the CMU reinforced walls was cancelled by the General
Contractor since the structural elements were not ready for inspection.
Mr. Jim Jenco, Project Superintendent with Lebolo Construction, was notified of the aforementioned visual verification
results.
