I am writing to request a cancellation of Permit #RC-05-24-10-78 for the installation of 200 sq feet of
artificial grass in back yard.
The requirements listed by MSV are too onerous for me to pursue this direction, and I have decided to
stick with natural grass as I have for the last 10 years we have lived in this house.
I understand you may want to do an inspection. The back gate to the property is open, and you have
my permission to into the backyard. I live up north in the summer so if you have any questions, please
