3.a. Approval of minutes for May 10, 2023- Postponed for June 14, 2023 meeting

4. DISCUSSION ITEM (S):
4.a. Climate change white paper special meeting
Ms. Hasbun stated for record that Ms. Weber had minor grammatical edits done to the final
document. Ms. Hasbun also thanked the committee for all their hard work and active participation in getting
this document completed with short amount of time.

Motion to approve and recommendation to present to council, Ms. McSherry to approve and Seconded
by Ms. Weber. 4-0
Ms. Hasbun asked how will the paper be presented to the Village Council, to which Ms. Weber stated that
that main important items that relay the white paper would be the point of the presentation to the council
members.
Ms. Meyer stated that she will be out of town from the 2nd of June to the 24th.
Ms. McSherry, Mr. Pluhar, and Ms. Weber will be present during that time to present the white paper.
5. BOARD MEMBER COMMENTS
Ms. Hasbun stated that we need an action on the next committee meeting of the list of members whom have been
absent from previous meetings and give opportunity for new members to be part of the SRC. The board discussed
to have a special meeting for July 12 ,2023 since majority of the members will not be available, but the ending
decision was to keep the next meeting as is for June 14, 2023.
