Advisory Board Meeting
Wednesday, April 24, 2024
Present: B. Griffith, M. Puglisi, S. Maroon, T. Septembre, T. Halloran, M. Wilcoxen, C. Baetzel,
R. Strickland, P. Arutyunov, and A. Pozzi
Guest: Mayor George Burch
Meeting called to order at 5:40 pm
March 27t" Meeting Minutes were approved.
New Business:
B. Griffith —
• At the last council meeting, Mr. Richard Hisenbottle gave the same presentation to the Village
Council that he gave to the Advisory Board, he discussed the types of grants that are available
for the Clubhouse renovations based on historic designation
• After talking to many residents, it seems that there is support for the proposed renovation
• The N.G.F. will have a report for the Council in 30 days
• Mr. Scott attended the Member Guest mixer this past Friday night and was enthusiastic about
moving forward the renovation plans
T. Halloran —
• Excited about the upcoming Family Night
• Hosting a family wedding in December here at the Club
• Hopefully will have another golf tournament before the end of the year
T. Septembre —
• Are the awnings fixed?
• It is time to paint and stripe the parking lot
A. Pozzi —
• Yes, the awnings are fixed
• We will wait until October to paint and stripe the parking lot

• We had a successful member - guest tournament
• Mr. David Fellows and his guest won the tournament in a playoff
• It was a great decision to move the tournament from March to April
• The greens were in great condition
• Kitchen did a great job getting the food out
A. Pozzi — Credit goes to the Front of the House and Back of the House staff
B. Griffith —The greens were the best they have been all season
C. Baetzel —
• Credit to Josue
• We will start patching the damaged areas on the greens next week
S. Maroon — Noticed that the trees on #11 were trimmed, thank you
M. Wilcoxen —
• The winner of the women's club championship is Danielle Beck and the handicap championship
is Ana Bond
• The luncheon was excellent
M. Puglisi —
• You cannot see the out of bounds post anymore because the bushes grew so much by hole #10?
• They are mowing the fairways at 5:45am
C. Baetzel —
• Will take care of moving the stakes
• When they do double tees the maintenance crew tries to get the mowing done early
A. Pozzi — We will talk to the superintendent about the maintenance schedule
C. Baetzel —
• Added red stakes to the green on #15 and the green on #9
• The member guest tournament went very well
• Will plan a Father's Day tournament in conjunction with the US Open tournament
S. Maroon — When are the greens going to be aerified
C. Baetzel —
• The greens will be aerified 2 weeks before the Father's Day tournament
• The tournament will include the Father's Day brunch which makes it a great value
• Family Night is scheduled for May 18. Austin and Sebastian will run the SNAG (Starting New At
Golf) activity. There will also be arts and crafts and a buffet dinner
