November 81h Meeting Minutes were approved.
B. Griffith —On December 51h I will be presenting the capital improvements list to the Miami Shores
Village Council — (Copies passed around) — will need a vote.
All members of the Advisory Board voted in favor of the report.
B. Griffith — Is insurance helping with the flood cost?
A. Pozzi — In the process of getting everything to the insurance company
C. Baetzel — We were pumping the water outside of the pro -shop, but the water had nowhere to go
A. Pozzi —
• The flood water level was so high, as a result the asphalt popped up on the north side of the
proshop
• The 4-inch drainage pipe on #9 did not stop running for 3 days
S. Soriero — Has the insurance company sent an adjuster yet?
A. Pozzi —
• Not yet
• We submitted everything the Village asked for
• We lost the Point of Sale system, phone system, the Wi-Fi and quite a bit of merchandise in the
pro -shop
A. Pozzi —
• Closed the contract year on a high note. Rounds, revenue and food and beverage revenue all up
• As you can tell the new sand has not been put in the bunkers yet because of the flood cleanup
• The second sand bucket has not been installed on the golf carts because they have to be
installed by EZ-Go — if we installed them the warranty would be voided
