Baetzel — I am saying that we just cannot take it R. Burnette — Look at the Canadian rate and maybe offer a 6-month membership A. Pozzi — • We do offer a 6 month seasonal membership • The cost for the membership is $3000 versus the full membership at $3500 • That is why we made the weekday cost a lot lower so we can shift people to the weekday membership B. Griffith — • How are the fairways? • How are Friday night dinners going with the live music? • How are the events / banquets? • Are you going to bring the Sunday brunch back? A. Pozzi — • We roped off the weak areas on holes 1, 3 and 12. We will keep the current height of cut on the fairways • Friday night dinners have been hit or miss, generally busy • Jenny is doing a greatjob in catering and booking a lot of parties • We have not started the Sunday brunch back because of staffing and the amount of events / banquets we have P. Pozzi — Frank hired 5 new people and we are now down to 2 and he spends a lot of time interviewing M. Puglisi — • Noticed people driving through the ditch on #10 • Is there an alternative area to the back of the chipping area • There is something dead on #10, the turkey vultures took care of it but left the bones A. Pozzi — • The carts bottom out and that causes a lot of damage to the carts, The geo fencing on the new fleet will prevent golfers from driving into those areas • There is no space anywhere else. Between instruction, member and school usage all practice areas are over capacity C. Baetzel — Will take a look at #10 and see if the bones are still there R. Burnette — • There should be signs on #10 to prevent people from driving the carts into the hazard areas or maybe rope the areas off • #8 should be roped off • Can you put a periscope on #18 to see if players are the bottom of the hill • What about the tree on #16? • Thank you for doing the celebration of life for Mr. Richard Kroop, he will be missed C. Baetzel — • There are signs on # 10 directing traffic away from the waste bunker, people drive past them and ignore them. GPS will enable us to better control traffic • We did a moment of silence for Mr. Kroop in the Wednesday game A. Pozzi — • Will look into putting ropes and additional signs on #10 • We are debating on removing or standing the tree up but because of safety issues for the crew we will probably end up just removing it • Mr. and Mrs. Kroop are long time members of the club M.
