This Letter of Recertification is granted for the building on this property. The Recertification expires on the 100 year anniversary from original construction date. At that time, a new Recertification Report must be submitted to the Building Official. I have review the property record for your building. The extension is possible as long as we receive a request from the engineer or architect contracted to perform the required building re- certification. The request for the extension should also include language indicating that based on preliminary overview of the structure, the engineer or architect does not see any evidence of substantial damage that would render the building and or structure unsafe for its intended use and occupancy. Please let me know if you need additional information. In addition, Please see section 8-11(a) of Miami Dade County Code.
