associated with this project (Permit Number PW-09-21-2508). My name is Todd Martin, I am the
Architect of Record for the renovation project for the Single -Family Residence located at 750 NE
97th Street. I prepared the permit documents for the fence and have made frequent site visits
during construction. I can hereby certify that the foundations poured for aluminum fence
installed on the property are consistent with code requirements and Approved in the Permitted
drawings.
