We are requesting an inspection of the property located at 10555 NE 2nd Ave, Miami Shores,
FL 33138 so that we can close out an expired permit that was opened by the previous owner of
the property who surrendered this property in lieu of foreclosure. We are attempting to sell this
property to a buyer who intends to properly renovate and pull new building permits. Buyer and
Seller are also currently working with code enforcement and have agreed to sign a tri party
agreement that stipulates all repairs must be completed in a reasonable time frame and in
accordance with building code etc.
