As a result of my visit and the visual inspection carried out, I was able to confirm that the Temporary Shoring Works to the existing Wooden Flat Roof meets the required iload criteria and is sufficient to keep the structure safe while repair is being done. A repair permit will be required to continue work. To the best of my knowledge, this report represents an accurate assessment of the current condition of these parts of the building based on as careful evaluation as is reasonably possible.
