Dear Building Official:
At the Owner's request, I, Rafael E.Droz-Seda visited the above mentioned property
to perform an inspection of the Temporary Shoring Installed to Support the Wooden Flat
Roof of the Rear Terrace for the purpose of removing and replacing the existing
damaged metal columns.
As a result of my visit and the visual inspection carried out, I was able to confirm that
the Temporary Shoring Works to the existing Wooden Flat Roof meets the required iload
criteria and is sufficient to keep the structure safe while repair is being done. A repair
permit will be required to continue work.
To the best of my knowledge, this report represents an accurate assessment of the
current condition of these parts of the building based on as careful evaluation as is
reasonably possible. The Inspector certifies that he does not have any business or
finances in the aforementioned property nor has he ever been an employee of the
contractor
