Please allow this letter to confirm that Ramcon Corp is hereby authorized to complete
demolition (and future renovation) work on the home we own located at 1225 NE 93 St,
Miami Shores, Florida.
Ramcon Corp will also be submitting the permit application for the renovations to this
home as soon as the architect and engineers have completed the plans. Ramcon will be
authorized to complete that work as soon as the permit has been issued.
