2. Fill pending exterior block wall cells with concrete.
3. Stucco all repaired exterior walls including eves.
4. Install new insulation (R-4 on walls R-19 in ceilings).
5. Complete installation of ceiling drywall (labor only, material onsite).
6. Install Durock around tub & shower walls (Labor only, material onsite).
7. Install moisture resistant drywall on remaining bathroom walls (Labor

8. Install drywall on all remaining interior wails.

Note: CRR General Contractors Inc. will not assume responsibility for work
that has already been completed and has passed inspection by previous
contractor. CRR General Contractors Inc. will coordinate with all existing
subcontractors to complete the project.
We hereby propose to furnish permits, materials and labor necessary for the
completion of the above referenced project in accordance with the specifications
outlined above for the sum of: Sixty Thousand ($60,000) Dollars.
Payment Schedule:
20% deposit ($12,000.00) due at contract execution.
20% when plumbing, electrical and mechanical rough and filled cells inspected
and approved. Insulation installed and inspection approved.
20% when drywall installed, Interior doors hung and interior paint and the work
commences.
20% when tile work, exterior stucco and exterior paint completed.
10% ($8,000.00) Interior floors installed, interior paint completed and bath
enclosures installed.
10% when work and final inspections are completed.
The number of calendar days available to the Contractor to substantially
complete the Work is the Contract Time. The date of commencement of the work
shall be the date of this Contract unless otherwise indicated below. The
Contractor shall substantially complete the Work no later than (120) calendar
days from the date of commencement. If the Contractor is delayed at any time in
progress of the Work by changes ordered in the Work, or by MEP disputes,
weather, unusual delay in deliveries, unavoidable casualties or other causes
beyond the Contractor's control, the Contract Time shall be subject to equitable
adjustment.
All material Is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to
specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specification Involving extra cost
Oil be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements
contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tomado, and other necessary
