Dear Mr. Naranjo,
This letter is to certify that the framing at 9703 NE 2nd Avenue was visually inspected prior to
construction. There was no evidence of damage either from termites or moisture.
I also certify that the construction of all portions of the new 2-hr, fire -rated ceiling at 9703 NE 2nd
Avenue has been constructed in accordance with the filed plans and specifications as submitted
to your office, the Miami -Dade Building Department and the Miami -Dade Fire Department and,
is built according to the 2020 Florida Building Code and current NPFA standards. The 2-hr fire -
rated ceiling was then installed as specified by detail UL511 on Sheet
A-3. Please see attached photo documentation.
