Letter of inspection for modified concrete beam at the laundry.
Re 9509 North Miami Avenue Permit # RC-12-21-3348
I, Mark A. Campbell Architect, having performed an inspection during the demolition process have found that the
modified concrete beam in the laundry is approved to drywall. This letter will hereby attest that I have approved the
modified beam at the existing laundry.
The wall is no longer and exterior wall since the space was enclosed. The P.T. 1"x3" furring shall continue where the
�qft° of: the eam wa"m�yel for the installation of the new drywall.
