Permit #RC-03-33-631 Inspection #1 Underside Floor Joists and Grade Beam Concrete/Rebar Preparation Building Official Per the request of the contractor Snapp Industries, on 6-22-22 I inspected the above described concrete repair preparations for underside floor joists and grade beam. The structural members included in this inspection have been chipped out and cut back as required to remove spalled or cracked concrete and additional steel reinforcing bars have been installed where required as per the concrete restoration details indicated on the approved plans. The inspected preparation work is approved for the application of Armatec 110 rebar coating, bonding agent and placement of shotcrete applied concrete or repair mortar.
