Residential Property located at 1181 NE 92nd Street, Miami Shores, Florida 33138. (P.O. #:10460)
Dear Sir:
Pursuant to your request, American Testing Materials Engineering, LLC., conducted a Helical Piles Installation monitoring
inspection on May 20, 2020 and May 21, 2020 at the above referenced project.
Based on our helical pile logs, it is our professional opinion that the subject 3" diameter piles were driven as per specified
length or up to refusal for a safe bearing capacity of fifteen (15) tons. A tot al of forty eight (48) Helical Piles were installed
at this project. Please refer to the attached helical pile log sheet for further explanation.
