DS-04-19-878 Tengo esta cartulina y entendia que habia sido realizada la labor de inspecci6n final, pero si no es asi, solicito la inspecci6n final? Por favor instruyeme. DS-5-18-1415. Esta construcci6n nunca se realizo ni se va a hacer porque la reemplazo el concrete Square at Front Entry por tanto to podemos anular. DS-7-18-2028. No aparece la cartulina, si tengo la copia de los documentos del inspector que certifico los piles y que hizo la inspecci6n de calidad reglamentaria que estan entregados a la ciudad, pero no me aparece la Carolina. Debo pedir inspecci6n final y pagar por otra cartulina o dime que debo hacer por favor. Tenemos que tener la final, la solicito? PW-7-18-1832 No tengo ningun record de este permiso, si yo tuve que pedir a publico works permiso y me aprobaron a construcci6n de la entrada y el deck y tuve que pasar 3 meses esperando que me aprobara pero no tenia Una orden como tal, lleve todos los planos y todos los certificados de localizaci6n Del Pozo s6ptico y demds, pero no encuentro ningun permiso con el numero. Estas 3 cartulinas componen este numero de permiso, ya fueron revisadas por Ismael porque yo las lleve a to oficina, supongo que to pendiente son las demds para cerrar esta al igual que el original del Elevation Certificate.
