Arrieta Sanitary Replacement: The Plumbing -Contractor proposes to furnish all listed material and labor necessary for the
completion of the following job specifications:
Replace all sanitary drain lines with new SCH 40 PVC from (12) fixtures to septic tank outside of house.
Scope of work:
1. Provide a complete turnkey sanitary plumbing system.
2. Pull plumbing sub permit including permit fees.
3. Call for underground utilities location.
4. Saw cut concrete slab floor to access plumbing.
5. Dig trench for the installation of new pipping.
6. Remove concrete pieces and dispose ox te.
7. Open walls to expose and. replace above ground piping.
8. Furnish and -install all piping, connections, fittings, etc. for sanitary plumbing system (12 fixtures) to ensure tht cystem is
complete and functioning.
9. Provide recessed box and connect water and drainage for washing machine.
10. Furnish and install all piping: connections, fittings, etc. for domestic water system (12 fixtures) to ensure the system is
complete and properly functioning.
11. Install new shower curb, shower pan and pitch stall to drain.
12. All vertical and horizontal sanitary piping shall be PVC, including P traps.
13. Set owner supplied fixtures inclu mg dish washer.
14. Test new plumbing and backfill trench.
15. Call for and man plumbing inspections.
Payment schedule as follows:
- 50% due on or before commencement of work.
- 20% due upon completion of rough installation.
- 20% due upon ground rough installation.
- 10% due upon completion of final installation.
Exclusions not included in quote/ All Dade Plumbing Inc. not responsible for:
- Water service from city connection to house.
- Any roof repairs.
- Additional demolition of walls, floors or tile.
- Providing any fixtures, bath tubs, shower valves, faucets or appliances.
- Providing any specialty valves, drains or accessories.
- Repair to plumbing fixtures
- Patching or painting.
- Landscaping or irrigation.
- Removal of kitchen cabinets.
- Concrete slab replacement.
- Providing or assembling furniture or cabinetry.
- Any additional plumbing not previously listed.
