Frederick Mueller - Supports Ms. Bonaduce's presentation and comments. Mr. Snow asked for more harmonious color, Staff said that the Board cannot establish color. The Motion was approved 4-1 with Mr. Snow against. The Board commented on the nice architectural features of this application and the fact that is located on a big lot.
