Chairman Busta called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM.

Hegedus with Amendment that the garage material match color scheme. Mr. Snow asked
for more harmonious color, Staff said that the Board cannot establish color. The Motion
was approved 4-1 with Mr. Snow against.
