Section 6 of the 40 year building structure recertification provided by Jose A. Martinez, RE described the existing roof system as a flat built up roof system only. Base on aerial photos from property appraiser web site the existing structure has a shingle roof around the perimeter and a flat roof section on the middle of the building. 2. Provide copy of photometric test performed to certify the level of illumination of the parking lots. Ismael Naranjo Building Official Plan review is not complete, when all items above are corrected, we will do a complete plan review.
