Pozzi – We will not do away with it but will have to examine how we can address and deal with current demand on weekend mornings which exceeds capacity S. Maroon – • Last Saturday, outside staff was short, it took 30 minutes to get my bag • As a member there is a certain level of expectation and sometimes service is not there • Not getting golf emails about the club tournament winners A. Pozzi – Most municipal golf courses in Dade County do not offer memberships. Those that do charge significantly higher rates P. Rajo – someone should audit the handicap scores that are being put into the system A. Pozzi – • It is difficult for staff to challenge the scores members enter into the system. Additionally, many members do not use the Clubs GHIN handicap system • We would suggest a handicap or tournament committee is formed to address these issues C. Baetzel – Our next Club member tournament is scheduled for November M. Gallo – Members would have to make a commitment to participate M. Wilcoxen – • The ladies association has gotten very small, next year will build it back up • Playing 2 groups on Tuesdays and Thursdays • The pro-shop gives me a reading of the scores monthly I.
