COMMENT #3 . Coordinate information on this sheet with the floor plan on sheet A-1. ** The new 4" bearing partition reflected on A-1.2 is not reflected on the floor plan, sheet A-1. Provide details and specifications for the wall, including the foundation and or structural system supporting the wall. Response: As part of the interior design, we introduced a 4" wing wall to frame the side of a new Built-4n Entertainment Center. Because of its location the same wall helps support the new Beam above which is already shown on the revision as being structurally anchored to the existing CMU exterior wall. Again because of its location, this same wall rest on existing perpendicular wood rafters which support the floor.
