If inspection fails due to the permit being inside of the house or prevented access to the inspector (such as gates or ladder placed on the floor) AJF is not responsible will invoice any charges of any inspection related fee to the homeowner after the final inspection is approved. • Property owner is responsible to make payments per the payment terms on signed agreement for the progress of the project. AJF Roofing is Not responsible for: • Damages caused to electrical conduits or lines and/or plumbing pipes not visible from the roof surface. • AJF may remove gutters as needed to perform scope of work. This will be billed to the property owner based on our lumber schedule pricing. • Any alteration or deviation from original signed agreement that specifically involves extra cost will be executed only upon written consent and will become an extra charge over and above the original agreement. This is not limited to any pervious stated charges or Double Roofs. • Double roof -In the event there is multiple systems to be removed an additional charge of S0.75 per SF will be incurred and billed separately after tear off phase. • In any dispute arising out of the agreement, the prevailing party is the entitled to recover its reasonable cost, including attorney fees, incurred in enforcing this agreement, including all litigation and court expenses through appeals. • Credit card conveniences fee will be applicable as follows: 3.5% on all credit card types expect Amex which is at 4.5%, and/or any other financing companies such as but not limited to Ygrene, Renew, Greensky or any financing transactions. • This proposal/agreement does not constitute a final binding contract unless and until both parties have affixed their signature.
