The test was condu4ted tan July•td, 2018' • • •: - •• • ••• • The purpose of this survey was, by means of moisture survey and core tW4q, to evaluate the• • • • • general moisture content in the existing roof system. • • • • • • • .... . .. ..... ...... .... ..... Executive Summary _ • . . . . ...... At the time of our survey, we observed several areas of medium, ad low ;elatiye •mo; sture; • • • • • • • readings (no High readings occurred). The plan shows the total flat roof area tested is approximately 2,800 square feet, separated by different elevations. A total of 3 core samples taken from different sections where the roof moisture survey was performed, where the relative moisture content readings were medium and low. During the testing period, moisture was not observed within the roof membrane in any of the total of three (3) Core Samples from different Areas as indicated in the roof sketch attached. Based on the lab results from core samples and observations made during testing it was found that there is no moisture trapped in any area of the roof. ?--7F.i.E.
