The purpose of our inspection was to verify that. the base sheet installation complies with the approved N.Q.A. and Florida Building Code. Two (2) areas of the roof system were cut and removed to provide access to the underlying base sheet. The base sheet was mechanically attached to the wood deck with annular ring shank nails and tin tags spaced every 6" o/c at the laps and in 2 rows midsheet spaced every 6" o/c. Head laps were observed to be a minimum of 4" on the base sheet. No side laps were observed. Drip edge was nailed with 1 '/" ring shank nails spaced every 4" o.c. and edges lapped a minimum of 4".
