FIRST AMENDMENT
TO OPERATING AGREEMENT OF
184MS, LLC., a Delaware limited liability company
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE OPERATING AGREEMENT is made, adopted
and executed this 1 0� day of March, 2019, by the undersigned person(s).
All of the capitalized words and terms in the Amendment shall have the meaning ascribed
to them in the Operating Agreement of 184MS, LLC.
1. Name: The name of the limited liability company is 184MS, LLC., a Delaware limited
liability company, (referred to as the "Company").
2. Amendments: The Company's Operating Agreement is amended as follows:
i) Jose A. Mijares, is added as a Member. There are now a total of Four (4) members in
the Company known as:
Alejandro Bello, of 7104 SW 112 Avenue, Miami, FL 33173 and has a 25% percent
ownership -interest in the Company.
Victoria Mijares, of 16546 NE 26 Ave, Unit 6D, Miami, FL 33160 and has a 25%
ownership -interest in the Company.
Sanabria Property Management, LLC, of 6427 NW 201 Terr, Miami, FL 33010 and has a
25% ownership -interest in the Company
Jose A Mijares, of 15571 NW 83 PL, Miami Lakes, FL 33016 and has a 25% ownership -
interest in the Company.
ii) Each member, shall have independent authorization to execute any and all
documentation on behalf of the Company, as shall be necessary to consummate the purchase of
real estate property. They shall independently have full power and authority to do and perform
all and every act necessary and whatsoever requisite to include, executing any Contracts,
Addenda, Agreement and any other document necessary to consummate the sale of said
property. There shall be no further requirement for meeting of the members in order to provide
the designated member authorization. J
iii) Each member, shall have independent authorization and power to execute any and all
documentation on behalf of the Company, as shall be necessary to consummate the sale of real
estate property owned by the Company. They shall independently have full power and authority
to do and perform all and every act necessary and whatsoever requisite to include, executing any
Contracts, Addenda, Affidavits, Releases, Agreements, Settlement Statements, Conveyance
Documents, and any other document necessary to consummate the sale of said property. There
shall be no further requirement for meeting of the members in order to provide the designated
member authorization. This shall be construed as unanimous agreement of all members to sell
any real estate owned by the Company.
3. Ratification: The Company's Operating Agreement, as amended, is hereby ratified,
confirmed and approved by the Members. The undersigned hereby affirm that they are the
members of the Company and that the facts stated in this First Amendment to the Company's
Operating Agreement are true.
