Chairman Huber read into the record the Quasi-Judicial Virtual Hearings rules adopted in accordance with the Florida Governor's extended Executive Order 20-69 and 20-112, Florida Statutes Chapter 252, and 120.54(5)(b)(2) in order to prove for quasi-judicial virtual meetings of the Village Council and quasi-judicial Village boards. 2) ROLL CALL Present: Mr. Rod Buenconsejo Ms. Darci Cohen Ms. Gladys Coia Mr. Barry Perl Chairman Patrick Huber Absent: Mr. Robert Vickers Also Present: Elizabeth McIntosh, Lazaro Remond, Mike Orta, Mariana Gracia. 3) FIRST HEARING - NOTICES OF VIOLATION NONE 4) PENALTY HEARING - ENFORCEMENT ORDERS NONE 2 5) REQUEST FOR RELIEF 5.A OWNER: Wanda Collier 98 NW 98 Street Miami Shores, FL 33150 Ms. Wanda Collier was present and explained the reasons why the lien should be reduced. The Board asked questions. BP Motion by Mr. Perl to accept the amount of $3,000.00 payable in 180 days and the lien will be removed. Seconded by Mr. Buenconsejo and the Motion was approved 5-0. Request for Relief Documents 5.B OWNER: Angela Henao 10804 NW 2 Avenue Miami Shores, FL 33168 Ms. Angela Genao and her attorney were present. Ms. Genao proceeded to explain the reasons why she had paid the liens and why she should receive a recommendation for a refund. Motion by Mr. Perl to recommend to the Village Manager to refund the amount of $64,000.00. Seconded by Mr. Buenconsejo and the Motion was approved 5-0. The attorney proceeded to explain the reasons why this lien should be reduced. The Board asked questions. Motion to recommend to the Village Manager to refund the amount of $2,800.00 made by Mr. Buenconsejo, seconded by Mr. Huber and the Motion was approved 4-1 with Mr. Perl descending. Request for Relief Documents 5.D OWNER: Michael Willard 10 NE 103 Street Miami Shores, FL 33138 Ms. Miriam Sanchez was present and proceeded to testify. Ms. Sanchez explained the reasons why her liens should be reduced. $200.00 died for lack of motion. BP Motion by Mr. Perl for the amount of $2,200.00 payable in 180 days. Seconded by Mr. Buenconsejo and the motion was approved 5-0.
