Vice Chair Snow called the meeting to order at 6:37 PM

Motion to approve the minutes of October 22, 2020 made by Ms. Hegedus, seconded by Mr.
Brady and the Motion was approved 4-0.
Vice Chair Snow welcomed our new board member Mr. Bolton. Mr. Bolton briefly introduced
himself.
