Site plan review for a dock. Motion to move item from Table made by Ms. Irene Hegedus, seconded by Mr. Daniel Brady and the vote was unanimous in favor of the Motion. Public Comment Open Ms. Nancy Cigno handed to the member of the Board a handout to support their argument. Ms. Nancy Cigno and Attorney presented arguments against the building of the dock. Mr. Robert Rossi, Agent for the Applicant gave a brief explanation of the proposed dock and spoke in support of the building of the dock. Public Comment Closed. Motion to approve subject to Staff's recommendations made by Ms. Irene Hegedus, seconded by Mr. David Snow and the Motion was approved 4-1 with Mr. Daniel Brady voting against it. Site plan review for an addition. 3 Motion to approve subject to Staff's recommendations with covenant for single family use made by Ms. Irene Hegedus, seconded by Mr. Daniel Brady and the vote was unanimous in favor of the Motion. Motion to approve subject to Staff's recommendations as corrected made by Mr. Daniel Brady, seconded by Mr. David Snow and the vote was unanimous in favor of the Motion. (Applicant) Mtnez Investments Group LLC (Agent) Robeisy Martinez; Pursuant to Articles IV, V and VI of Appendix A Zoning, Sec. 400 Schedule of Regulations, Sec. 504. (f), (g) (2) and Sec. 600. Site plan review for a new single family home. Public Comment Open. Ms. Tracy Bitton of 291 NE 95 Street. Ms. Bitton strongly opposed the Applicants proposed building. According to Ms. Bitton the house does not tie in into the neighborhood. Public Comment Closed. Motion to approve subject to Staff's recommendations and with the following conditions: That the garage door align with the rest of the house, that windows be put on the blank wall on the East elevation, that the entrance be expanded and be made more prominent to conform with the rest of the neighborhood, That the Applicant provide more landscape (Oak tree) made by Mr. Daniel Brady, seconded by Ms. Irene Hegedus and vote was unanimous in favor of the Motion. Staff Report 6.E STPL-000071-2019-71 8880 Biscayne Blvd, (Applicant) Ian Wildstein (Agent) J. Howard Nudell; Pursuant to Articles IV, V and VI of Appendix A Zoning, Sec. 400 Schedule of Regulations, Sec. 504. (f), (g) (2) and Sec. 600. Site plan review for an addition. Motion to approve subject to Staff's recommendations and that the Gumbo tree be changed to another type of tree made by Mr. Daniel Brady, seconded by Ms. Irene Hegedus and the vote was unanimous in favor of the Motion.
