FIELD/ SOIL CONDITIONS CERTIFICATE - CERTIFICATE OF INSPECTION
I, Victor Ceron, P.E., after inspecting the footing substrate on the above
mentioned project on 01/20/19, consider that bearing capacity of soil exceeds the
assumed design conditions: Bearing capacity of soil exceeds 2000psf;
undisturbed coral rock found.
It was also found a concrete slab in conflict with one of the proposed foundations,
it was recommended the use of a bucket directly to the exiting concrete slab.
Recommended column bucket is Simpson aba66z, Florida Approval FL#10849,
attached to exiting 6"concrte slab using 3/4"x4-1/4" embed Redhead Trubolt
Wedge Anchor. Wood Column attached to bucket using (8) 16d Nails.
