We are pleased to submit this contract to render services in connection with the referenced
project.
Project:
Proposes to provide necessary equipment materials labor and supervision to complete the
following scope of work
Scope of work

• 1 new air conditioning Carrier 17 SEER
• New condenser unit installed in new supports
• New vibration insulations pad
• New condensers unit connect to new electrical wiring
• New condensing unit connect to new refrigeration lines
• New air handler installed in new location
• New air handler unit connect to new wiring

• New heater
• One year warranty on labor and ten year on all the parts
• Relocated existing condenser unit

Clarification
1. Proposal assumes that Owner will provide staging area for the duration at property
entrance.
2. Rams air conditioning, Inc. is not responsible for unforeseen conditions.
3. Rams air shall not be held responsible for delays due to the Owner's selection of the
materials finishes.

($7,900.00) including initial payment of $2,000.00 and $1,500.00 when we finish the rough.
$500.00 when we pass rough we the city. $2,000.00 when we have the a/c unit install. $900.00
when we pass final progress payments shall be paid in full upon completion of the scope of
work.
Payments not received within terms described above shall accrue interest at 1.75% per
month. (Annual percentage rate is 21%). A 3.9% transaction fee will be charged to any
balance amount paid with a credit card.
All expenses incurred as a result of late payment or nonpayment, including lien fees, reasonable
attorney's fee and cost shall be paid by customer.
Facsimile of this proposal shall be deemed a valid counterpart of the original.
We will proceed with rendering the scope of work described under the Scope of Work
immediately upon receipt of the Owner of a signed copy of this proposal and the initial
payment stipulated herein.
