Three piles were visually inspected and appeared to be sound. However, in compliance with Florida Building Code 2017, 6th edition, section 1810.1.2. The three remaining piles will be load tested and the results noted on the pile inspection report and submitted to the Building Department. In order to avoid any possible misunderstanding, we wish to specifically advise that nothing in this report should be construed, either directly or indirectly, as a guarantee of condition of any portion of the existing dock.
